School-Wide Costume Theme on October 31st
Get ready to go bananas, because this year's school-wide costume theme is Minions!
On Friday, October 31st, we're inviting all students and staff to join in the fun by dressing up as their favorite Minion. Whether Bobcats would like to be a classic Kevin, Stuart, or Bob, or simply wear a yellow shirt with denim, we can't wait to see our school transformed into a Minion army!
*If they choose, students may each receive a free Minion Beanie, which they
will receive in homeroom class on Thursday, October 30th.
(Students may dress up on Friday, October 31st, as long as dress code guidelines are followed and there are no Halloween masks.)

The picture order or proof must be brought back on retake day for a student to have a retake.
Patriot’s Pen Writing Contest
We encourage our Bobcats to enter the Patriot’s Pen Writing Contest. The essay contest encourages young minds to examine America’s history, along with their own experiences in modern American society, by drafting a 300- to 400-word essay, expressing their views based on a patriotic theme chosen by the VFW Commander-in-Chief. Students interested in participating must submit their essay prepared on this year's theme, with a completed 2025-2026 entry form, to their local participating VFW Post. Applications must be turned in by midnight on October 31st.
