Please review this
letter regarding the immunization requirements for rising seventh grade students. Please note that
your child will not be able to come to school in August until the immunization documentation is on file at LCMS, so please do not delay. Please plan ahead early and provide the documentation as soon as possible to ensure a seamless transition to seventh grade next year.
If you already have the immunization documentation, you can submit it now with any of these convenient methods:

Free Physicals for Children Without Insurance and

for FREE school/sports physicals on
Tuesday, May 6 from 4:00
to 7:00 p.m.
Free Vaccines are by appointment only for uninsured or Medicaid-covered children on Friday, May 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
