Please understand that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed via phone or video conference with your school counselor.  We will make every effort to ensure that confidentiality is maintained unless one of the following scenarios comes up in our conversation together:

If someone is hurting you

If you're hurting someone else 

If you're hurting yourself 

If one of these situations comes up during our conversation together, we will then take action to notify the appropriate persons to ensure your or another person's safety.
