Good Sunday evening Bobcat Nation.  This is your principal, Shaun Woody.  I hope everyone has enjoyed a great weekend with family.  I am calling tonight with a preview for the week of March 22nd.

On Monday, we sent out an update detailing our instructional plans for the 2021-2022 school year. We also sent out a basic FAQ page.

In that update, we included a survey for you to select an instructional model for your student for the 2021-2022 school year. It is very important that all families complete this survey by Friday, March 26th.

With students now in the fourth nine weeks, I encourage all students (Virtual Academy/Blended) and parents to continue to be in contact with teachers concerning academic progress throughout the grading period.  For our blended model students, reports will be given out on Monday and Tuesday of this week.  Also, report cards for Virtual Academy students will be mailed home on Monday.

Get ready for National Ag Week, which is organized by the Agriculture Council of America.  Tomorrow is “‘Merica Monday” and we encourage all students/staff to wear red, white, and blue.  On Tuesday, we celebrate “Timber Tuesday” and encourage students/staff to wear camouflage or dress like a lumberjack.  Please reference this flyer

Excelling together, we will.  Let’s continue to make safe and healthy choices.  I thank you for your continued support and cooperation. If we can assist in any way, please contact us at (540) 894-5457.  Have a great night!
