LCMS Principal Update for Nov. 29, 2020
Good Sunday evening Bobcat Nation. This is your principal, Shaun Woody. I hope you all have enjoyed this beautiful day and have enjoyed Thanksgiving and fall break with your family. As our blended model students return to the school building on Monday and Tuesday, I ask that students continue to perform self-screenings each morning before coming to school. In addition, if you are sick, feeling sick, or if you have been around someone who has been sick, it would be best to stay at home.
On Monday (30th) and Friday (4th) of this week, LCMS will be holding “We Will” spirit days. We encourage students, faculty, and staff to wear their “We Will” t-shirts, as we continue with the given mindset to successfully complete the first semester grading period. As we enter the final few weeks of the first semester, I encourage parents and students to communicate with teachers about student academic progress and what is needed for students to wrap up the grading period. We understand this year looks different than any other. However, we must continue to maintain open lines of communication to ensure that our students succeed.
As always, I thank you for your continued support and cooperation. If we can assist in any way, please contact us at (540) 894-5457. Have a great night!
