LCMS Parent Information LogoGood evening LCMS Families. This is Mr. Weidow, Principal.

Our LCMS team has put together Alternative Learning Resource packets for every student at LCMS. I want to thank our staff and teachers for working diligently to put these together. These packets are to ensure our students can continue to learn.

Our first Packet Pick-up Day will be this Friday, March 20th, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the LCMS Bus Loop.

We will operate with a drive-thru model which means that you will enter the High School and Middle School complex by turning on to School Bus Road which is between the public library and the LCHS tennis courts.  You will proceed to our bus loop and follow the bus loop to our packet distribution area which will be in front of the Jungle ticket booths.  The distribution area will be divided alphabetically into five groups.  Group 1 will be the letters A through E, Group 2 will be the letters F through J, Group 3 will be the letters K through O, Group 4 will be the letters P through T, and Group 5 will be the letters U through Z.

As you arrive at your appropriate group, an LCMS staff member will approach your vehicle and ask your student’s name.  They will retrieve your child’s packet and bring it to you. You’ll get to stay in your car the entire time!

If you are UNABLE to pick up your child’s packet on Friday between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., please contact the LCMS office and provide them with your child’s name and grade.

We do want to stress that if at all possible, you should pick up your child’s packet on Friday.

Students, upon receiving the packet, do your best to complete the work. We want to make sure you can continue to learn and grow during our time out of school.

Again, Packet Pick-up Day will be this Friday, March 20th, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the LCMS Bus Loop. If you are unable to pick up your child’s packet on Friday, please contact the office at LCMS.

Food will be distributed at Jouett Elementary School, Trevilians Elementary School, and the Louisa Resource Council.  Further details can be found on the LCPS Division Website.

Thank you and have a great evening!
