LCMS Principal Weekly Update for Nov. 21, 2021
Good Sunday evening Bobcat Nation. This is your principal, Shaun Woody. I hope that everyone had enjoyed a relaxing weekend with family. I am calling tonight with a preview for the week of November 22nd.
I would like to thank those students who took part in our community service activity at the Louisa County Resource Council this past Wednesday. The leadership and citizenship that each of you demonstrated in giving back to our community is much appreciated.
I would also like to thank our students, parents, faculty, and staff for all of their contributions and donations made to Socktober and Stuff the Turkey. For our Socktober campaign, we received over 700 pairs of socks to donate to those in need. In addition, for our Stuff the Turkey campaign, we received almost 1,800 items to donate to the Louisa County Resource Council. Great job Bobcat Nation!
On Monday and Tuesday of this upcoming week, our PTA will be selling “Blessed” and “Thankful” wristbands. Wristbands will cost $2 each and students may purchase in front of the main office from 7:30am - 7:50am.
Finally tonight, this is a reminder that November 24th - 26th is Fall Break and students do not report to school We hope that everyone has a safe Thanksgiving and enjoys spending the time with family.
Excelling together, we are Bobcat Nation! I thank you for your support and cooperation. If we can assist in any way, please contact us at (540) 894-5457. Have a great night!
